First Day of School

Hello Mission High Students and Parents! 

We look forward to seeing you on the first day of school on Monday, August 17th. School hours for the first day of school are from 8:10-3:16 p.m. Please refer to our new 2015-16 bell schedule on our school website homepage and parent section. 

 

First Day of School – Report Time: 

On the first day of school, all students are to report by 7:45 a.m., on the 1st floor Main Lobby. Students will be directed to their first class, where they will be given a copy of their class schedule, and be given a general school overview. 

 

Registration Information: 

Parents may contact our School Registrar, Ms. Hurtado, for registration questions and assistance. She may be reached at (415)241-6240. Office hours are from 8:00-4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. We advise that you please call ahead to make an appointment. 

 

Breakfast and Lunch Information 

Breakfast is provided daily in the school cafeteria starting at 7:30-8:00 a.m. 

*Breakfast is $1.50 if you have not applied or are not eligible for free/reduced meals.

*Lunch is $3.00 if you have not applied or are not eligible for free/reduced meals.

To apply for a lunch card, parents may apply through SFUSD’s Student Nutrition Program. Click the link below to learn about available lunch programs for your family.

School Supplies

Please feel free to contact our Parent Center or Counseling office if you need assistance with school supplies for your student. You may contact us at (415)241-6240 for assistance, Monday-Friday from 8:00-3:30 p.m. Thank you and we look forward to assisting you! 

 

Muni Youth Bus Applications 

Students and parents may pick up a Muni Youth Application from our Counseling Office, Room 116 starting Tuesday, August 18. 

Applications are to be returned by mail to the SFMTA office at:

Bart Passes 

Students may purchase a discounted Youth Bart Pass from the school Main Office. The cost is $16.00 dollars to students. Please contact Ms. He, School Secretary, for more Information at (415)241-6240
